We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To respect our therapists’ time, please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

The following cancellation fees apply:

2–12 hours before your appointment: $50 per hour of scheduled treatment. For example, the fee for a 90-minute appointment is $75.

Less than 2 hours before your appointment, or if you miss your appointment without notice: 75% of the total treatment cost.

Need to reschedule?

You can reschedule more than 12 hours before your appointment using the reschedule link in your confirmation email, if available.
