We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, to respect our therapists’ time, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made as early as possible.
Late Cancellation (within 2–12 hours): $50/H of scheduled appointment (e.g., a 90-minute session = $75).
Late Cancellation (within 2 hours) or No-Show: 75% of the total treatment cost will be applied.
